What is a Good Faith Estimate?

For those who who are not using health insurance to pay for your care, your health care provider must give you a good faith estimate of expected charges if you request one or schedule services at least 3 business days in advance. For more information, click here.

In-person or Telehealth?

You get to decide where you feel most comfortable. If you opt for telehealth, ensure you're in a quiet, private space. If you prefer an in-person meeting, my office is located of Westport Road in suite 117. Your well-being and comfort are my top priorities.
